Conditions
The prices include the statutory VAT and an occupancy of up to 6 people. In addition, the valid local tax of 3.00 euros per person and day must be paid. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from the local tax.
Cancellation conditions
Withdrawal from the booking of the accommodation through a unilateral declaration by the guest is only possible if the following cancellation fees are paid:
up to 14 days before the agreed arrival date no cancellation fees
within 14 days before the agreed arrival date 20% of the agreed fee
on the agreed day of arrival 100% of the agreed fee
The private landlords recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Arrival and departure
We ask for your understanding that the apartment is not ready for occupancy until 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m.
So that the apartment can be occupied at any time, we deposit the key in a key safe next to the apartment. The code will be given prior to arrival.
